Kitten reservation process
You can reserve the kitten you like by making a deposit. After that, we will regularly keep you informed about the kitten’s condition and development until the time of transfer. The deposit serves as a guarantee of your serious intention and is non-refundable if the transaction is not completed due to the buyer’s fault.
Contract signing

We do not accept kittens back without valid reasons, as we carefully monitor their health and well-being. If a kitten is found to be ill due to the breeder’s fault (confirmed by a veterinarian’s report), we will offer an individual solution to resolve the issue.
